Chaos Angel is mostly a loner, a Fae who prefers to stay aloof. He tries not to let emotions cloud his mind and may drive others from his presence in order to get his solitude.

His friendship and love, once gained, are eternal and passionate. He will do ANYTHING to protect those he cares for. It is hard to win his trust, though.

He cares deeply about Starwing, the foal he raised long ago and has decided to help him out with his severely increased herd. His love for Lightstar and their daughter Divine Spark may have finished his roaming life forever. Even so, Chaos Angel may sometimes stray from the herd, looking for a small semblance of his former life and for the solitude he often misses.

History
Years ago, a younger Chaos Angel found a lone foal on the plains. The poor baby was close to starvation and severely dehydrated. Chaos Angel tried to get rid of the foal, but its insistence finally won him over. He took the small one under his giant wings. He raised Starwing to become a strong and responsible stallion, preparing him to lead a small herd of his own.

Once the younger stallion had grown up enough, Chaos Angel left again, to find the answer to an unknown question. He regretted abandoning Starwing, but understood he couldn't take the younger one along.

Chaos Angel lived a solitary life once more, traveling the world and searching for a solution to his restlessness. He traveled the mountains and withdrew from any contact with other Faes, looking for solitude and peace.

Whether he found what he was looking for remains unclear, but Chaos Angel found his way back during the Wintersday Journey of 2007. He has returned to the Breeding Grounds of Faekind at the exact moment the other Faes have found their way there.

He fell in love with Lightstar, even though at first he tried to scare her off. When he reunited with Starwing and got to know the little herd with his young friend, he realized his solitary life had come to an end. He couldn't condemn his newly found mate to a life of wandering.

The three original members of the herd and Chaos Angel met a little apart from the others. Yruvian and Sunbloom were hesitant at first, but they both understood the way the herd was growing they would need a strong alliance to stand up to anyone who stepped in to take over.

Chaos Angel was by far the strongest, oldest and more experienced of the four... and he was more than willing to take second place in the herd after Starwing. Sunbloom and Yruvian both warned him never to turn on their friend, but they accepted. They understood even then that they may need his strength one day.

Since that day, Chaos Angel has made his loyalty obvious. Unlike his mate, he has become good friends with Yruvian and Sunbloom as well, as they both came to realize the honesty in his offer.

Chaos Angel lost his Tournament, but left the battle field with a willingness and a need to learn. He will concentrate on the elusive power deep inside him, trying to relate to it more closely. Where his friends don't much care for their own Powers, Chaos Angel now feels obligated to train his more... and become a more reliable fighter.

Even though his herd leader and friends don't expect him to, he feels he needs to get a grip on his Fire heritage. He feels strangely useless without any way to access his element and is severely frustrated by that fact.

Breeding and Romance
Chaos Angel came to the Wintersday Journey without any intention of falling in love. He tried to scare the first mares he met... but eventually, he lost the fight and fell deeply in love with Lightstar, one of the first desert Faes he ever met.

Even though he loves her deeply, she often exasperates him with her unpractical ideas. He knows she doesn't grasp the strange set-up of the herd, but hopes her understanding will come soon. Meanwhile, he bears the trouble and arguments it brings stoicly.

They are bonded for life now, and their love has born fruit in the form of Divine Spark.
