Description Profile
Winter has always loved snow and ice. Whenever her old herd mates were complaining about the cold, she'd wake up and enjoy life to the fullest. She loves the sound and feel of ice underneath her hooves, of soft snowflakes in her hair. You could say she only comes to life in the season she's named for.

Her heart seems as cold as ice as well, but this is mostly untrue. Even though she was thrown out of her old herd 'because she couldn't love', Winter has let her frozen heart melt when she fell in love with Stellar Sky. Around him, she can be gay and caring, even though to others she often seems like an unfeeling ice cube, devoid of emotions. This is mostly because she is afraid to show any affection.

History
Winter was thrown out of her herd because no one understood her icy demeanor. On her lonely travels, she met Stellar Sky and Lady Love and quickly fell in with them. The gentleness of both thawed her shaken heart and she gave them her friendship and her love. Eventually, Stellar Sky and Winter became an item. They had a foal, which would never grow up.

The foursome (Lady Love, Winter, Stellar Sky and the foal) got on the wrong side of Melfian Blackstar and Eranor and nearly perished. The foal did die when both groups clashed for the first time, even though none of the adults actually raised a hoof against it. The foal drowned in a nearby river while the five adults were fighting. Winter realizes its demise isn't the fault of her pursuers, nor their own, but still finds it hard to move on without it.

The last time both little groups met, Stellar Sky got hurt by the two Blood stallions sharp hooves and horns while trying to protect both mares. Winter panicked as she saw him fall and called on her powers. She wanted to make an ice cloud big enough to hide all three of them behind, but the power disobeyed her. An ice storm nearly killed all five Faequine. The threesome did manage to slip away during its devastating power, even though all three had been wounded.

They came upon Starwing's herd and were welcomed until Stellar Sky could heal his wounds. Winter hopes the bigger herd will be able to protect them against their pursuers.
