Banu Gaia (formerly Critter Den Adoptables) is an exotic animal-based adoptable run by Sarah Badr (Umm Gaia). The art for this adoptable was drawn and templated by Willow and Silvanon, and all items drawn and templated by Bunraku. We plan to gradually expand to many different exotic animal species in the future. This adoptable is based mostly on realistic colors; yet we do have fantasy colored and patterned pets as well.
[Trading]* Banu Gaia pets can be traded for anything, and any currency
[Growing]All babies will grow a month from the date they are added to the site. This gives you the entire month to trade or gift away your babies to others, and decide who to keep.
[Breeding]* An In-Season Breeding Box is required
* You do not have to own either parent to breed
* You Must have permission from the owners to breed a critter thats not yours
* Breeding Seasons are held...undecided.
* You may submit unlimited breedings per season
* You may charge fees of any type for use of your critters
* Females may be bred once per season (void when using out of season boxes)
* Males may be bred as much as you please
[Out of Season Breedings]* An Out of Season Breeding Box is required
* You do not have to own either parent to breed

* The only way to guarantee a large litter is by Fruit Baskets
* You may only keep 2 babies per litter that you bred
* You may keep 4 babies per litter that you bred if your a Registered Breeder
* You may keep as many babies as you please from a litter not bred by you
[Fantasy Litters]* 10% chance of fantasy baby with Fantasy X Normal
* 30% chance of fantasy baby with Fantasy X Fantasy
* Magic Feed will guarantee a fantasy litter, no matter what
[Registered Breeders]* Optional
* You may only have one registered breeder name
* The cost is 15k per month (or 180k for the year)
* You may keep 4 babies in a breeding you made instead of 2
* You have 3 options for the benefits you can receive each month:
Option 1: 1 Out of Season Box & Magic Feed each month
Option 2: 1 Out of Season Box each month & 1 Fruit Basket every 2 months
Option 3: 1 Out of Season Box each month & Alternating between Magic Feed & Fruit Baskets each month (Magic month 1, Fruit month 2, Magic month 3..)
* 'Bred by [your affix here]' in the agency info section of litters bred by you
*You may opt out at any time for a refund of the months not used
* Your first months' items are sent the day you register
